Broaden the scope for projects under Your Groups / Your Projects to include internal and starred.

Description

The GitLab U.I. does not list Internal Groups and Internal Projects under Your Groups / Your Projects. It also does not consider starred projects "Your Projects".

An Internal project provides membership to all logged-in users BUT you need to go to Explore Groups / Explore Projects ALL to find those groups / projects AND you have to sift through all the public projects and projects you are not a member of to find them. This is confusing for new users on a corporate intranet who are greeted with blank Your Groups / Your Projects pages even though all the projects are designated internal and they have access to them all.

Proposal

The Explore Groups / Explore Projects should be reserved for all Groups / Projects you are not interested in or a member of (including public groups / projects and groups / projects you would need to request membership to gain access).

  1. "Your Groups" should include those you are an explicit member of and those that you have starred in the "Explore Groups" page.

  2. "Your Projects" should include projects subservient to Groups in "Your Groups" AND projects that you have starred in the "Explore Projects" page.

  3. Users should never see a blank "Your Groups" or "Your Projects" page...they should see "Explore Groups" / "Explore Projects" instead.
