Deep link to dashboard issues with same search queries
Description
When doing a group-level search of issues, there's a message with a link to the dashboard page so you can see "all" issues instead.
But if you have filtered the issue list, the link is still to a top-level issue list. Instead, we should change the URL to deep-link to the same filters.
