Automatic mirroring for repository not functioning

Summary

There is a repository set to mirror another repository. It is not automatically updating.

Steps to reproduce

I made an update to the source project.

The mirror project is set to automatically pull from the source project. The checkbox next to "Mirror repository" on the Mirror Repository menu page is checked.

What is the current bug behavior?

Updates from the source project are not pulled into the mirror project.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Updates from the source project are pulled into the mirror project once an hour.
