Unable to Disable GitLab Appearance Customization
When attempting to alter the custom appearance settings in GitLab at Admin -> Appearance there are a few issues.
Apparently you cannot alter the Navigation Bar logo without also customizing the Sign In/Sign Up page title and description. Likewise you cannot alter the logo on the Sign In page with also adding something into the Title/Description fields. If you attempt to do this you'll see the following error:
^ Note that the navbar logo I attempted to upload seems to have effected the layout here even though the image link is broken.
Also, if you have set a custom title and description for the Sign In/Sign Up there appears to be no way to "unset" these values. If you empty out the contents of this form and submit, it will present the same error as above.

@mikegreiling I think this issue is related to gitlab-ce#28158. You need to remove the logo by clicking
Remove Header Logo. Thinking, is this the way it should work as it is in multiple places?
