Include Project Role as part of from: name in email notifications

Description

Include project Role in the "Name" as the email sender to make easier to understand if comes from community contribution or from team members. In big projects like ours, it's not always clear if the person generating the notification is part of the project/group or not.

Proposal

Something like:

From: "#{person.name} [#{note_max_access_for_user(note)}]

Subject: "#{@issue.title} (##{@issue.iid})"

To get:

From: "Gabriel Mazetto [Maintainer]"

Subject: "Include Project Role as part of from: name in email notifications (#...)"
