Group different issue-activities

Description

When lots of actions are carried out for a ticket (comments, time tracking, ...) the list of activities becomes long and confusing. Grouping activities could solve the problem.

Proposal

Add a bar with tabs on top of the activities-list that allows to filter for certain activities (comments, git actions, time tracking, mentioned in, ...).
