Wrong merge request title after created from proposal (blue button)

Summary

Wrong merge request title after created from proposal - blue button on page "Merge Requests". I added task's ID from JIRA into commit message in uppercase, but after created merge request i see ID in lowercase and replaced - symbol by gap.

Steps to reproduce

1. Pushed new commits to branch
2. Clicked to blue button "Create Merge Request" on "Merge Requests" page

Expected behavior

Merge request title is not modified.

Actual behavior

Title for merge request is wrong.
