Text wrapping and alignment on external user setting

Summary

The checkbox and the text on the external user setting aren't aligned, most likely due to the length of text on the label.

Steps to reproduce

  • Navigate to /admin/users/ as an instance admin
  • Click "Edit" next to a user

Expected behavior

The text should wrap and align with the text labels above.
