Display timer when terminal session is about to be terminated

Description

This is a frontend follow-up to https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/8413. We need to warn the user that the terminal session is close to expiration.

Proposal

Display a countdown timer 5 minutes before the termination of the connection.
