create merge requests badge [feature-proposal]

Description

We use jira to track our bugs/tickets and i like to link merge requests in those tickets. It would be nice to be able to see if a MR is merged by using a badge instead of just the link to it.

Proposal

Create badges for merge requests just as there are badges for builds
