Enhance documentation for U2F without phone

The documentation should given an example how to setup U2F without phone. It is not obvious but after some trial and error I found out that a simple ´oathtool --base32 --totp "$gitlabProvidedKey"´ generates the required PIN and makes gitlab believe that I have a F2A app.

Only after that I can enable U2F.
