Sidebar of the issue boards flickers when you keep selecting issues

Requirements

No flickering in the sidebar when clicking issues in the issue board.

Steps to reproduce current behavior

• Open issue boards
• Select an issue so sidebar will be opened
• Keep selecting issues
• Eventually you will see a flicker in the sidebar. It's like sidebar closing and reopening very quickly.

See the end of the gif below. It always happen but it's rare to reproduce. Keep selecting 10 issues and you will see the issue.
