Investigate frontend changes for the "Auditor" user, to reuse in Geo
After this is merged https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/merge_requests/998 we need to take a look how can we trigger the same behavior for Geo (#76 (closed)) in a secondary node.
This will improve the UX as in theory, in the secondary node everybody is a "read-only" user.
