Add ability to un-mention someone

Description

Sometimes I @ someone, but then I realize I've been too quick and I'd like to remove this mention - but the damage is done: the person has received a todo (and perhaps an email).

We can't do nothing about the email, but we can do something about the todo.

Proposal

Provide a way to un-mention someone, which would remove the todo that was created.
