Replace Admin Monitoring Section with Prometheus Graphs if Prometheus is enabled
Description
As Prometheus and Node Exporter are bundled with GitLab i propose to add System Stats to Admin Control Panel instead of current Monitoring (/admin/system_info). Is this already planned i a further iteration or is Prometheus planned to be used within Projects only?
