Provide option to render markdown changes in merge request diffs

Description

Provide an option to preview / render the markdown on merge requests when a .md file is being changed. There could be a button on the file preview header in the changes view on a merge request. It would go next to the "Toggle Comments" or "Copy to Clipboard" buttons.
