Environment / Reviewapp status and stop by API
Description
Today, by API, it is not possible to know which environment / reviewapp is running or not.
Moreover it is not possible easily to raise an environment / reviewapp stop
Proposal
Add in environment API endpoint two values :
- status of deployment
- url to trigger environment / review app stop
