We should be showing the comments in a more performant way. Currently we just load all the things and because of JS handlers and the time it takes rails to render stuff the whole process just takes a ridiculous amount of time.

We can poll for comments more frequently. That way when a comment shows up it is more legit and recent.

With real time must come a nice real time UX representation of things to show that "things are happening" not just appearing. For example. Look how Facebook shows that a post is happening. Lot's of awesome stuff here. They add the post immediately. Then they show the progressbar. Then they fade in.
Doesn't mean we need animations for everything.

We should show when someone is typing.

We need to update the sidebar in real time.
