When using [skip ci] tags are shown up as skipped, but were not before

Our CI config has the following:

deploy_android_staging:
  stage: deploy
  only:
    - master

Which ignores tags, but that is what we want.

But now when the tagged commit has [skip ci], the tags shows up in the pipeline overview as skipped, but shouldn't appear there at all IMO.
