JIRA Integration: Issues Link produces Invalid JQL Query

Summary

When configuring the JIRA integration (under Project Services), the "Issues" link for the project redirects to JIRA with an error that states the JQL query is invalid.

For example, with the JIRA project IN, the browser is redirected to JIRA with a query on project=IN however the following error is displayed:

Error in JQL Query: Expecting either a value, list or function but got 'IN'. You must surround 'IN' in quotation marks to use it as a value. (line 1, character 9)

Error occurs on both JIRA On-Demand instances and JIRA Server v7.3.0#73011-sha1:3c73d0e

Steps to reproduce

  1. Configure JIRA Integration for a Project (via GItLab's Documentation)
  2. On the Project Navigation Bar, click "Issues".
  3. Browser is Redirected to JIRA with Invalid Query

Expected behavior

Properly filtered JIRA search.

Actual behavior

Error, invalid JIRA search. See screenshot.
