View and API for monthly numbers

Description

Every month I'd like to get the nr of users and nr of projects from GitLab.com to record for our statistics.

It'd be easier if I didn't need to run a query, but could just check a view or ping the API automatically.

Proposal

Make it possible to see this date per month in GitLab.

@regisF I believe we have similar things in the work. Can you make sure this small iteration lands some time soon?
