Consider adjusting default label colors

Today when you create a new label, you are given these suggested colors:

Based on conversations here: gitlab-ce#25518, and @dimitrieh suggestion here: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/25518#note_20365898

would it be a great idea to switch to an existing open source color palette to unify, redefine and settle our color choices throughout the application. Perhaps making use of the material design color palette?: https://material.io/guidelines/style/color.html#color-color-palette
