Today, people access GitLab on their phone. GItLab is complex, and much of the experience is difficult on the phone. In order to build a great mobile experience, we should understand what functionality/flows/experiences we should optimize for mobile. This involves talking to users and understanding their intent and goals when using our mobile experience.
