Description

Rendering of reStructuredText documents should support math rendering via KaTeX.

Proposal

As far as I understand, enabling this feature should be rather straightforward:

• Gitlab ships with KaTeX starting from v8.15
• pandoc (AFAIK it is used for rendering .rst in gitlab) supports katex via --katex [=url] flag

So changing the flags used to invoke pandoc would be all that's needed, if I'm not mistaken.
