Itemized profile contributions not displayed in local time

Everyone can contribute. Help move this issue forward while earning points, leveling up and collecting rewards.

When you click on a date within your profile, a list will populate each of the contributions that were made on that date. However the timestamp on the left can be difficult to parse. It displays 24-hour time, and it is not set to the user's local timezone. I propose that at minimum we add a tooltip to see the full date and time represented in the user's local time.
