Relationships for link ID that can add traciblity

Description

I would like relationships for link ID that can add trace-ability

Proposal

I want a way using link IDs to say this requirement 3.4 expands high level feature 2, is included in issue 10 and use case 34, tested by test case 7 and deployed in build 565.

With relationship on link ID, it should be able to easily create a tree that shows the high level feature to implementation. The pipeline of issue can kind of show this, but one requirement can and often does go into multiple issues and use cases, as well as multiple test cases and builds. Sometimes one requirement can be expanded in other requirements or removed/deleted. Having a way to trace these relationship would be helpful.
