Project selector/filter should sort non-forks first
It would be helpful if searching for a particular project on GitLab would prioritize the originals over their forks.
Currently if I were to click the chevron next to the project name in the header and search for GitLab Community Edition, this is what appears:
Notice Nick Thomas, Mike Greiling, Winnie, and Lin Jen-Shin's forks all appear in the list above the one I'm actually searching for.
Same goes for the dropdown to move an issue to another repository when editing an issue:
I propose that we sort these results either by non-forks first, or sort by popularity first to show the more relevant results on top. Also if it is going to show forks, it should probably sort my own fork as the next result.
