Display time taken for each stage in Pipelines page (Builds tab)

Everyone can contribute. Help move this issue forward while earning points, leveling up and collecting rewards.

Currently Pipelines page has a builds tab that shows time taken for each build. It would be better if such an information is given for each stage too. I think it translates to the time taken for the longest build in each stage.
