'Cancel' button is not working on 'Create new board'

Summary

There is a Cancel button in the Create new board dropdown on Issues Board page.
If I click to it, nothing changes.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Issues -> Board.
  2. Click to down arrow next to the current issues board name.
  3. Don't type anything. Click Cancel button in the dropdown. Nothing happens.

Expected behavior

The dropdown should be closed by clicking to Cancel button.

Actual behavior

The dropdown is still being opened.
