UX Improvement: Highlight the Project in the Activity stream

Description

Somehow, the Activity stream looks untidy. I do not find the Information I need, without searching for it. e.g. I find it quite hard to find the Project the activity is for.

Proposal

My solution was to highlight the project as some kind of label, but there might be better solutions:
