"Snoozing" issues

Description
People have varying workflows for using issue boards and issues lists. Some prefer the method of "hiding" unnecessary stuff until they have to deal with it (which is how Google Inbox works). Personally, I handle emails like this (Inbox Zero).
It would be really cool if we could facilitate this kind of workflow, and allow users to use GitLab like this. We currently have a way to "archive" issues that are no longer active (closing them), putting them out of the view. What we lack, though, is a mechanism that would allow issues to be hidden from the main issue view until a specified time ("snoozing" them).
Proposal
Implement a mechanism for "snoozing" issues.
It could be similar to how Google Inbox handles "snoozing". It simply doesn't show up until it's time to be dealt with.
