Search projects by user / group display name
Description
Currently project search does not take into consideration the "display name" for a group / user. It will help users who have or are involved in a lot of projects and want to search them using user / group display names.
Proposal
- Project search should use user / group display name
- Since user / group slug is being searched, maybe we can display that in the project list so a user knows what to search for.
