Have your images have an automatic title

Problem

Make it easier to give images a title, when easy referencing is needed.

Proposal

If you put your images in a table, you can actively give them a visible title, like:

Title
image

This would be in markup:

| Title |
| -------- |
| ![image](/uploads/dcbb23d71750b082c36bb51cecbbe702/image.png) | 

However what if we did this automatically, with a slightly different styling of course.. if the markdown "alt" tag is something different than the default image, say for example:

![Cat](/uploads/c61edc73bbbad63a8bb1da57aa0425f6/image.png)

would result in:

Cat
image

While

![image](/uploads/c61edc73bbbad63a8bb1da57aa0425f6/image.png)

would just end up like images are shown right now:
