Include Flexible Status Panels in CI Summary

Description

At the moment project settings allows us to specify a regex expression to allow code coverage metrics to be extracted and displayed as part of the build summary within CI. It would be useful to define additional type of metrics, for example cyclomatic complexity, vulnerabilities identified etc.

Proposal

Provide a method to define additional UI panels for displaying metrics and associated interface for extracting from the build output similar to that which is already present for test coverage.
