Unify calendar styles

We should be using the same calendar for both the issue edit page and the issue show page. Right now they look like this:

They should both look like the one on the right (on the sidebar)
We should also use a lighter gray color for the lines, and possibly lighten the blue (using colors we already have) to look more like this:
