Only HTTPS, removes the KRB5 checkout link

Summary

When KRB5 is enabled, it is impossible to make that the only git access protocol. Choosing HTTPS only, removes the KRB5 link.

Steps to reproduce

1. Have kerberos auth enabled
2. Navigate to application_settings 3a. Find that "Enable Git access protocols" does not have KRB5 only 3b. If you select "Only HTTP(S)" it removes the KRB5 link, even that that is also over HTTP

Expected behavior

The ability to select "Only KRB5"

When selecting "Only HTTP(S)" it should not remove the KRB5 link.

Actual behavior

Option not available and "Only HTTP(S)" it removes the KRB5 link, even that that is also over HTTP

Possible fixes

Add an "Only KRB5" options Make KRB5 available if "Only HTTP(S)" is selected.
