Description

I think it would be handy to subscribe to tags/releases. Especially when you are interested in many (open source) projects you'll have to check much repos to get up to date with the current developement. It would be very easy to track the developement state of an project if you receive mails if a new version is tagged.

Proposal

Add "Subscribe to new tags/releases" functionality.
