Custom text based todo's
I was wondering about this... Currently it is not possible to create custom todo's.
Proposal
Create custom 1 line text based custom todo's that only show up in your todo list and count as well.
Usecase
Sometimes you don't want to forget to do something specific. Not related to an issue/mr etc. But still purely GitLab related.
Additional thoughts
The counter point to this is that we don't want the todo's to end up being a personal memo page or replace issues.. I think if we keep the character limit to something like 60, we can do this.
I searched for existing issues on this, but couldn't find any ;)
