Filtering by weight is broken

Summary

It's not possible to filter issues by label and weight.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues
  2. Add label gitlab-ce~123454 (or any other)
  3. Add weight:1
  4. Nothing happens. <Enter> key doesn't work either.

Expected behavior

Everything should work.

Actual behavior

Filters don't work.
