Support multiple projects with single chat trigger word

Description

You currently need to register unique slash commands for each project, and each slash command must use a unique trigger word. This gets pretty cumbersome when people need access to many projects from chat. Let's find some way to let people use multiple projects with a single trigger word, and possibly within the same chat room.
