Add project and group count badges to tabs

Problem

Currently there is no way of seeing a count of your content in the tabs of the project lists and group overview page. This makes it hard to know whether there is actually any content there.

Proposal

We should ensure that all tabs have a counter badge added, so that users can understand at a glance whether a tab contains content.
