Toggle discussions for all files on merge request diff page

Where?

When viewing a diff on a merge request.

Why?

Sometimes it is hard to see what has changed because of all the discussions. There is a button to hide comments for an individual file but when many files have changed this is repetitive and prevents getting a quick overview.

What?

A button to hide discussions across all files in that diff.
