GitLab API for CI/CD pipeline settings

Description

A project’s CI/CD pipeline can currently only be changed via the web interface but not via the GitLab API.

This makes it tedious to change, e.g., the test coverage pattern for many/all projects at once.

Proposal

Extend the GitLab API so that it allows to change a project’s CI/CD pipeline settings.
