sign-in IP is loacl network ipaddress

I installed gitlab-ce on Docker and mapped to public network, I find the sign-in IP is 172.17.0.1 (loacl network ip address) when I sign in by root account to watch the users' account. Is this a bug? I want it show the public network ip address, how can I config it?
