Common ancestors for entities we use in internal and public API

This MR https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/7174 introduces serializers we use to expose some data in the controllers.

Entities are often similar in public API and in the frontend entities. It may be a good idea to think about creating another layer with common ancestors.
