Add Passed/Failed/Canceled filter in admin/builds for Finished builds

The current admin/builds page provides a complete list of Finished builds with no filtering possibility.

We could add a filter on the build status (Passed/Failed/Canceled) to begin.

A single filter on the status. The implementation should follow the existing filtering features for merge requests or issues.

Another issue (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/7956) treats builds filtering but the discussion focused more on running/pending and stuck builds. This one covers finished builds.
