builds are stuck in pending status

Summary

I'm creating the CI/CD flow to my project

Steps to reproduce

push on develop branch

Expected behavior

I should push on develop branch and then the pipeline would be tarted, run all my build to get a success or a error

Actual behavior

I've just pushed on my develop branch to test the build and then I've getting my pipeline in running state and the builds in pending state. I've also tried to push for more two times configured with just one or two jobs, however all builds still in pending state
