Make links clickable when editing

Description

It would be super fantastic if links where clickable when editing (issue description, comments..etc).

Proposal

Add the ability to ctrl/cmd click on a link (while in editing mode) - this is similar to how you can click on links inside iTerm. This would open the link in a new window. This would be very useful on large issues that have many links to go through (Such as the milestone meta issues)
