Subscribe to label combinations
Description
Subscribing to labels is great, but with a large company, there can be a flood of issues for each label, and individuals really only need to get notified about certain combinations of labels. e.g. CI and gitlab-ce2024184
Proposal
- Some way to subscribe to a combination of labels such that when that combination is added (at the same time or separately), a notification is sent.
