Context for email notifications about comments

Description
GitLab provides email notifications about (merge request/review) comments to all participants/subscribers. One such email looks like:
...comment...
—
Reply to this email directly or view it on GitLab. You're receiving this email because of your account on gitlab.com. If you'd like to receive fewer emails, you can adjust your notification settings.
This is useful to know that there was some activity on an MR, however it does not have enough context to get an idea about what the comment is referring to. Due to this the email itself is basically just a poke for people to go to GitLab and look at the comments. Sometimes it would also be useful to get an understanding of what the comment is referring to without having to log in to GitLab (e.g. person is not in front of a computer, but can think about the implications of a comment).
Proposal
There are a few ways to provide context for such email notifications. The minimal amount of information would probably be:
- Show the line of code in the email that the comment refers to.
- Show the previous comment in the email if the comment is a response to another comment.
